His pride is killing this organization. He will not fire Garrett for the same reason Jimmy's not in the ROH...Pride!

But Jerry is in the HOF and Jimmy Johnson probably never will be. Nor will Jimmy ever be in the ROH.

Think about THAT for a little while and how that kind of thing is even possible.

I'll give you a hint. It's not about Pride. It's always about power and control. Who has it. And who does not.

Makes sense if you are him. Sucks for us fans. He owns the team and profit isn’t his driving force at his age.
He wants nothing more than credit for winning and being a great football guy. Giving up control would make his joy of winning not taste sweet at all.

You guys can say what you want but Jerry is totally pissed off right now. I don't know if it will cause him to do something about it, or not, but I believe that he is considering all options.
