Jersey Nameplates?

Does anyone know where I can get a Mike Jenkins jersey nameplate?

I recently turned my Bledsoe jersey into a Danny White one. There's a store locally that does a lot of the jerseys for high schools, youth leagues etc. They were able to match the fabric and font well and attached it over the old nameplate for pretty cheap... about $15.

It turned out pretty well.

Yeah I was figuring I would have to go to a local jersey shop.

Right on the nose, I was hoping that Pacman could turn it around and I could just get the J. removed but that didn't work.
