All these threads on CZ.com and hardly a mention of Jessee Holley. :D

Well, allow me to directly give Holley his props. :D :D

While he didn't exactly light up the stat sheet, his 3rd down conversion on the first drive that later resulted in Dallas scoring first with a TD on their first possession was just a thing of beauty. The way Holley went up to snatch that first down set the tone for the rest of that game, as Dallas went on and snatched the decisive win.

So here-here to Jessee Holley! Another clutch play that deserves its propos! :D

Holley did come up with a nice catch. I really hope he gets more involved. He can be a good asset other teams won't pay much attention too

A lot of football is about emotion and momentum. It's all a cumulative thing and very little of it is abstract. A domino effect, so to speak. Who knows how things unfold if we don't get on top early with the momentum in our favor. So with that said, good job Holley :)

Good post. Holley is a very emotional player, he also gives it his all out there and you can really see his passion. I badly want to see more of him on the field. It seems like good things happen when we throw the ball to him. I feel a lot better with him on the field vs. Ogletree.

It's good to see him make some plays. I have to eat some crow on that. I never thought he'd contribute much less make the team.

I think Holley is a dependable role player. He can contribute as a WR and does a good job on special teams. I think guys like Holley are important to a team.

Well I started a thread abou t Holley during the game. Can a moderator please tell me why my threads disappear? This is the 3 rd time this has happened. Thanks.

Probably because threads started during game time usually get merged into the game day thread.

very good catch! I also thought he was being interfered with while he was making the catch

Hows this for a formation, 4 WR 1 RB, Murray the singleback, Holley and Austin in the slots, Robinson and Bryant outwide.

Asking 4 corners to cover these guys for more than 2 seconds is asking too much.

Now thatsw a spread offense I like and it would be real hard to cover this type of spread.

and in a couple years can qualify for an NFL PENSION. I'm rooting like hell for him to do it too! ....what a story:starspin

I think Holley is a playmaker honestly... He makes big time catches.

He does, he has great hands, I guess it's his speed that holds him back?

All he does when he gets his chances is make plays.

I think we can literally go 4 WRs when Austin is back. Austin, Bryant, Robinson, and Holley...DBs won't be able to cover all of them.

Would be more effective outside of the red zone, too, so that you aren't backing Quarters coverage up against the back-line and shrinking the field.

And to think, this is the guy we were about to cut instead of Choice. I am glad someone brought the team to their senses. :p:
