Perspective. They were in the game the first half. Just lost control in the second half especially when the QB just had to start gunning it away to try and make any points. Very reminiscent of our team against power teams.

You have to get first downs if you want to run any kind of plays. They didn’t.

I agree with you. Their game plan was strange considering their circumstances. I would have tried more running and designed QB roll out RPO's to nickel and dime down the field a bit more. However, their defense really struggled and didn't give their offense much of a chance.

Honestly, the Jets offense never got into a rhythm, and never really implemented their game plan. Like the Giants last week, the Jets just need to throw away this game tape, and move on to other games. I understand all the players on the Jets team will be frustrated, but this game is not indicative of their talent level. They can and will do better against other teams. It's just the Cowboys are firing on all cylinders right now, and the Jets were victims.

Next Victim - The Arizona Cardinals. They will need to throw out their game tape after next week also.

More than occasional...garrett is their #88.....playmaker....get him the ball.

Hard to do that after the Cowboys took the opening kick and walked it down the field. Jets fell behind which cancels your run game. Possibly use Hall more in the passing game to slow the pass rush. Our lb play was so so yesterday but the Jets couldn't take advantage of it due to our d line and secondary play.

The linebackers held the Jets RB's to 2.5 ypc yesterday, with only 28 yards on11 carries. I think the Linebackers played just fine. There were two, just two, QB scrambles that gained 28 yards. The other 3 QB scrambles gained 8 yards total. The Jets RB's had two catches for 8 yards, so apparently, the LB's were covering pretty well, also.

My guess is you're basing your "lb play was so so yesterday" on those 2 qb scrambles, which is simply ridiculous. On one of them, Vander Esch made a shoestring tackle and the other Zach Wilson slid down. Putting that on the Linebackers is poor judgment. The linebackers were not assigned to "spy" Zach Wilson, and reacted well just like the rest of the team.

They cut the lead to 3pts (10-7) after the Garrett Wilson TD. They had a chance to try to slow the game down and hope it would stay close.

I'm glad they don't know their identity yet. Take it out on the Washington Football Team, Giants and Eagles later in the year.

LOL.....they know they are not good w/o Rogers. They went all in and mortgaged the house and now he will not play one game for them. What a shame, in fact, it's not a reach to think they could go 1-16 from here on out. Regardless of what they say, Zack Wilson is trash and they know it.
