Jets Game Looming Large Right Now For Tiebreaks

If we split with Philly, we probably lose the division because of the Jets game. Obviously I am assuming neither Philly or us lose to the Giants or Skins. Here are the tiebreaker rules.

1st...….head to head, if we lose to Philly its a split so its on to the second tiebreak.
2nd......Division record, right now Philly has only 1 div loss, so a split means we go to the third tiebreak.
3rd......Common opponent, this is where the Jets loss gives Philly the edge.


So, barring a huge upset, if Philly beats Dallas on Dec 22nd, they will win the division because we lost to the freaking Jets. Let that sink in awhile.

Yep, if Dallas wins every game except for the Eagles there is a very good chance Dallas is out. They'll have a one game advantage in common opponent.

Our only hope is that Philly loses to one of the doormat teams Miami, Giants, or Skins.

I honestly dont see them losing to any of those teams, even if Wentz is out and McCown is starting.
