I disagree with you. You don't blitz 7 guys when they have ball at the midfield or 45 yd line. The Raiders needed a TD to win and I don't know if they had any TO left but just drop back and keep the guy in front of you.

they gave Williams entire set of stars away the last 2 seasons and expect what? id still take him over Nolan right now..

how many superstars did they trade the last 2 offseason like Williams, Adams, and others? they still played pretty well..

bad organization maybe they need to leave NY and find new state and name for full reboot..

I used to have the utter most admiration for Gregg Williams, as I used to see as one of the better 4-3 scheme DC's in NFL.
and I like to stick with that scheme as well.

But during the last 2 years even when he had Jamal Adams, I've not been fond of how he prefers to play defense.
Seems like one of those guys that used to have a great tendency but something happens that causes them to wane and become more vulnerable down the stretch.

Bottom line is, if Cowboys decide to cut loose DC Mike Nolan and replace him with another 4-3 DC, I will definitely not be lobbying for Williams to come here as DC.
