He's a good coach. He deserves a chance. I hope it works out for him. Except when we beat them next year.

Gailey is a great human being and an innovative OC. Bowles is extremely well liked and considered very knowledgeable. Great hire for two people who are great people persons. Whether that works out or not TBD. I'm happy for Todd who deserves this chance. He's paid the price of not always being in the right place at the right time. Not sure that's the best place for him but we'll see. He's got the tools but I'm not certain he'll get the talent to make this work.
