Well, Bell played the Jets very well. He got the Jets to release him and he gets his full salary this year and can choose from whichever teams want him.
I doubt he has much left.
If the Giants were not 0-5, they might want him. I doubt Bell would even consider the Giants since they are likely out of the race barring a major turnaround.
It will be interesting to see which teams are interested.
