Jets trade QB Zach Wilson to Broncos in exchange for late-round pick swap​


Zach Wilson is headed to a new home out west.
The New York Jets are trading the former No. 2 overall pick of the 2021 NFL Draft to the Denver Broncos in exchange for a late-round pick swap, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported on Monday.
Rapoport added that Denver will also receive a seventh-round pick in the 2024 draft (No. 256), while the Jets get a sixth-round pick (No. 203) in return.

wow, Denver got him for a bag of donuts. Will Denver still try to draft a QB early?

I'd have to say the donuts have to be stale. Because fresh donuts are worth more than the difference between a 6th and 7th round pick.

Yep, we traded a 4th for what looks like a Zach Wilson. The difference being that we got to see a lot of Zach. I can't remember the last QB that got so much playing time being so bad.
