Garrett can go interview wherever he wants right now because their season is over and he's not under contract for next year. So either A) He's not getting contacted, or more likely B) He is scrambling to convince Jerry to keep him as HC because he knows no other team is dumb enough to give him a HC job.

I am not sure any of the open jobs is really enticing, other than the Giants to him and I am sure he and his agent have touched base with them to judge their true interest. The other openings are not a good fit. I think he is content to sit out the up coming year so he is no hurry to wrap this up.

Last I read "Garrett's phone is not ringing." If I had to guess, JJ wants to keep it that way - for ego purposes of course - he couldn't bear to see him possibly succeed elsewhere. I think he's staying in some capacity...........
