I vote for JG and his whole offensive system. Get this guy out of town.

There is hope for our D. IMO, Kiffin will "quietly retire" and Marinelli will assume all duties.

JG, if he gets fired, hopefully the whole staff goes with him.

If it does happen, it will make for an entertaining offseason. If no changes are made, all we have to look forward is Jerry telling us how, Matt Johnson and Tyrone Crawford will make all the difference in the world for our defense next year, and the countless threads proclaiming that what Jerry said is true and he is a genius.

If I have to choose one, it has to be Kiffin. Easily. You cannot be worse than the historically WORST defense than we have.

I do believe if we have some resemblance of a defense. Or at least a defense ranked 15 or 16, then we would have 2 or 3 more wins than we currently do.

Meaning JG isn't doing as bad as we think, at least from a fans perspective.

It could easily get worse if Garrett is fired. Unlike Dave Campo and Wade Phillips, Garrett has at least kept Jerry from making a Joey Galloway or Roy Williams type trade.

Jerry will not hire another Jimmy or Parcells type HC.

In regards to Kiffin, it's really difficult to determine how much is scheme and how much is lack of talent.

104 yards and 3 TD's is quite an efficient passing day regardless.

You do realize that the offensive gameplan was running the ball correct?

Which brings me up to 2 questions..

1) How did we do running the ball?

2) Does that lead to an effective offense?

You cannot blame the QB for being a part of an effective run gameplan. You simply cannot. The QB becomes a bus driver, but Romo still throws 3 TD's in the process.

As bad as the D is Kiffen does have a few excuses.

Garrett has none. He makes nobody better. Dez has regressed dramatically this year and the offense is just not very good and they are completely healthy.

Our defense HAS caused a lot of turnovers and I have to believe if our offense was better that we would've taken more advantage of those turnovers.

RE: Kiffin. Last year Rob Ryan's scheme sucked and he was fired. Now his scheme seems to be working fine in New Orleans!

RR's defense sucked with the Cowboys and it is much much better with the Saints.
Kiffin's inherits the same players and his defense sucks.

The most logical conclusion is that the Cowboys players are the problem.

I go with JG for hiring Kiff.

I go with JG for hiring Rob. The only coach that shouldn't be fired is the new ST coach. I've actually seen a dramatic change in ST's this year.

I'm ready for a new offense and a whole new concept. IMO we have kept JG and Cally calling his plays, because he believes a player such as Dez took forever to learn it, and there is no way he can learn a new offense in one offseason.
