That was JG's quote last night during the press conference after the game.

Does anyone see something wrong with this statement ?

How long has he been learning ? It seems every week he uses that same quote.

Shouldn't the team know how to play the game already since its the NFL ? The learning should be over IMO at this stage of the franchise. Its obvious the Cowboys after many years are not ready then via his quote to take the team to a higher level of play. He has accepted the team is mediocre and will be for the foreseeable future because they are still learning.

What else is he going to say though? He's a company man. He's never been the type to flat out say "Yep, we sucked hard...I'm not sure how we're going to fix this." akin to "Playoffs? Playoffs!? I just hope we can win a game!"

Jeez, those are no more than empty words, now!

There's nothing left to say. This season is just a disaster!
The Cowboys are, simply, no longer a team worthy of respect.

Every player from post game interviews.

“I don’t know what’s going on. Wish we did”

That’s the job of the coach.

Well anything he’s saying now...it’s just going through the motions. All the Q&A on team is in the other room with Jerry. He put that coach cap on,and Garrett is no longer a relevant voice.

The frustrating part about that quote isn’t. They DONT learn from the games. Because they never change and adjust based on what their opponents did to them.

The definition of insanity. Keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.

There were many guys going through the motions last night. Defense was arm tackling.
Signs a team has quit on the coach, and a sign they know there are no consequences.
The rams will slaughter us.
We'll be picking in the top ten if this clown stays
Maybe that's Jerry's plan.

He'd better get back to work on that resume, cuz him and his staff of chumps are on the street in the very near future.

Does he mean get back to work on looking for jobs on Ziprecruiter?

He's got nothing else. His cliches about focusing on today and getting better each and every day are all he has.

It's all he ever had.
