Are teams just lazy these days? Caldwell was uninspiring with the Colts and despite the SB run he helped with in Baltimore, they were abysmal on offense this year. I'd really like to know the thought process in these decisions.
Is there a video of Zimmer kicking puppies out there because he doesn't get a sniff post interview.
Per twitter Zimmer is the leading candidate for the Vikings... Total upset if he doesn't get that job.
Oh and Caldwell had strong references... Tony Dungy factor.
I hope he gets it. I want to see what he can do. I've always respected him.
I get that and he is a good man. I just find the personality and continuity of what he has done lacking. Maybe the Lions need a quiet voice vs a rah rah guy. I mean look at how excited he is at the news

Lol I'm not sure how I feel about Caldwell as a coach, but I think him getting to run his football operations as opposed to getting Tony Dungy's leftovers in Indy will tell the tale.
As for Zim, you and few hundred media folks are rooting for Zimmer. They really like the guy. Tho I wonder how much once he blisters them in media sessions.
Kind sucks if you are the OC or DC with the Seahawks right now. Many were interested one or both of those guys but now most of the jobs are filled as teams did not want to wait until they could interview them.
lol I don't think anyone wants the Browns job.
Can you blame them?
