How far do you have to reach? No one cares if Jerry Jones gives out game balls or stands on the sidelines...what people are tired of are the stupid decisions he has made in regards to the Cowboys' roster.

Not for me. I for one am damned proud that Irsay gave it to Pagano in front of his players. Damned classy if you ask me given what the man is facing. Little things like this will never upset my tummy.

Irsay also held his personnel guy accountable and removed him when he wasn't satisfied with the performance. Then he went and hired another young, up and coming personnel guy, who he worked with to hire a head coach. Seems weird, I know, but successful teams do it all the time.

For the record, I'd have no issue with Jerry coming down and handing out a game ball in a situation like that.

I do take issue with him trotting down to the sidelines to tell Garrett to pull Romo.
