Gotta agree. I think Zimmer would be a little more aggressive if he called the plays. Maybe he would get more sacks, but he would also give up a few more big plays.

I doubt that. Why hasn't his contract been extended? If one of Bill's boys come available, Zimmy will be wishing he had gone to Nebraska.

Once againg. This is not Zimmers D. This I BPs D. He's the one that has said he does not like to blitz becasue it causes big plays. Maybe he'll look at the film and see the blitz can also help.

We couldn't blitz our way out of a paper bag. When we do blitz, we get everyone clogged up the middle. Blame BP & Zimmer. They're both ********.

BBgun, you are correct. The one question is, "does anyone fear the Cowboys' defense?" The answer is, "no." Actually, I think DMac likes playing the Cowboys D. He loves to test us deep.

It bears mentioning to me... and counter me if you think I'm wrong... but the Cowboys are a very good turf team vs grass. We have a lot of team speed but on Grass it is neutralized to an extent and I think on defense is where you see the result most of the time. I mean the Newman's of the world are fast anywhere but I think for our front 3/4, playing at home is a terrific advantage. They get much more push than I have seen in Jax, Tenn, or Philly.

when listening to Jones earlier this yr talking about it (the fact that Zimmer's not being offered a contract extension), he didnt seem like he was all that confident in Zimmer being here long term...I think he even said something the the effect of "when Parcells isnt here anymore the new coach will be making the calls on the the assistants"...I think Zimmer is as good as gone, as soon as that other waste of tiem on our sideline is gone too
