Jerry needs to admit to his mistake of Kellen Moore.
We wasted 10 years with Garrett. But he hasn't learned that Moore is a Garrett clone. Or he knows it and is too stubborn to admit to it.

Jerry hangs onto his mistakes way too long. As where Bellichek made moves on players and coaches before it was too late.

Wow, how weird. I was just going to make a new thread about Kellen Moore because I think he is a big part of the problem, maybe one of the biggest. My question would be who agreed to keep him?

So here is what I think happened and what some say is that JJ hired MM but did not let MM chose his OC or that MM wanted him because he did not know the terminology used in the playbook. I would not think that MM would allow that, but he did because JJ said so I guess and he needed a job. All MM did was just take over the same crap that Garrett tried by keeping the same Moore.

In a more rational way let the coach bring in his game, not try and teach the kids to play the same crap they been playing for the last seven years. My main man, JJ has it all figured out.

Yet Marino never won a Super Bowl.
I would say comfortably that Marino would have had between 2 to 4 Super Bowls if he played for those Dallas teams in his prime.

The amount of people that don’t realize Moore is a huge problem is mind boggling.

Any OC that isn’t KM knows that trying to turn Dak into a statue pocket passer is not good. Any OC that thinks long developing routes are good for Dak is also wrong. Dak needs to be in a quick system. Hence why he does so well when he’s calling the plays in the hurry up. It’s quick hitters. KM is still running the same ol Air Coyrell system and it’s infuriating.
Careful now....I just named KMoore "Air Coryell Jr" and placed an amensty to not rip him until Game Day.

He knew Thurman Thomas was going to put the ball on the ground in the Super Bowl against Buffalo.
He knew how to make adjustments when what he was trying to do wasn’t working
I want to see Dan Quinn slow the pass rush down and stop the run.
I didn’t take the league long to learn how to combat are pass rush,

I used Jimmy as an example on purpose. It’s OK to say what I’m doing is wrong I’ll fix it. I think that was one of the best things I liked about him
Jerry Jones needs to learn from this. It’s OK to say I’m wrong. And until he does same old same old cowboys
I do believe we have the talent, players I’m still not sold on coaching. The scheme.
Very sorry to say if Jerry hasn't learned this by now, it's hopeless

Jimmy also knew how to acquire talent and what talent he needed to win. We had the No. 1 defense because of talent and coaching. You may not be sold on the coaching, but I'm not sold on the talent, especially at the DT spots. I mean, Jimmy spent a No. 1 overall pick on a DT (Russell Maryland) and traded a second and eighth for former No. 2 overall pick Tony Casillas.

Jimmy had great athletes....believe me, they make mediocre coaches look like great coach. I appreciate what he did, but I don't like that he quit on us because he thought he was more important than his boss, that gave him a job and everything he needed to win.
Sounds like a good GM to me.

Can we stop this. I know a lot of you older folks worship Jimmy but he simply had more talent than everybody. Seriously.

It's easy to adjust when you're flat out better than everybody. You don't even need to adjust, everything will course correct itself.

The greatest offensive line was not built by using 1st round draft picks…see jimmy found talent and coached that talent up. The current staff has talent but has no ability to coach anyone up…and that includes Quinn. Not one coach on this team should be employed after this season. They are terrible.
