Definitely the radio call-in. My favorite.

Just absolute brass balls. They would've won 4 straight SBs if he stayed put.

And then proceeded to smash them. Madden commented about how they could drop 50 on them as the 49ers had no answers. The only thing that stopped that from happening was Aikman getting a concussion

A Jimmy memory, kind of odd, but stuck with me.
Went to the NY Giants game at Texas Stadium in 1989. Cowboys were winless, and Giants put them away in the 3rd qtr. (final was 30-14 or so); I always stay and watch the players, coaches handshakes, greet, etc. Jimmy and Bill Parcells met at midfield, had an animated, friendly chat for several minutes. (Parcells talked, mostly, some smiling, laughing). It wasn't one of those fly-by, quick handshakes. Later, they both waved to each other before jogging off the field.
I figured they knew each other fairly well. I never forgot that.

The day Jimmy cut Curvin Richards after a goal line fumble in a mostly meaningless game. He set a tone that MM and Jerry are unable to do.

And of course, the Trade and a couple SB wins. Just the small stuff.

It's tough watching all these 90's clips this week. We were such a great organization in those days. No one was better.

Yeah....I feel like the 90+ year old Rose in the Titanic when she says all she has left is her memories!! Seems like that's all we have....for now.
