Jimmy Johnson

Naa, think back to game 1 2002 and 19-10.

and that was with Dave Campo as coach, you expect bad things to happen

my whole argument against Parcells is stuff like what we saw the other night or some of these other games shouldnt be happening if he were such a great coach...it happens too much and happens every season

We are, as a team and organization, better off since Parcells was here. Perhaps that will be his legacy in Dallas.

That or getting Jerruh a new stadium.:laugh2:

I agree we have improved the team talent-wise. Whether the talent is being used to its full potential seems to be the source of much debate lately.

I think Jimmy is smart enough to realize that in Dallas, there's no where to go but down, reputation-wise. Now if we can find an up-and-coming coach in the next couple of years that has that Jimmy-like quality for the present circumstances, I'd be all for that. Whether that's Fisher, or some college coach we should groom as an assistant, or someone else, is for numerous threads, past and future.

Clearly Payton would have made an interesting successor, if he can continue what he's apparently started down there.

Are the rumors of Jimmy Johnson maybe coming back if Parcells leaves, too good to be true? I would love for Jimmy to come back, he could win.

Unfortunately, it seems that Jimma really loves his life now, broadcasting, cruising on his boat and glad-handing all over the NFL world.

That coaching cartel Jimma had was great. However, the sum was greater than its parts. Those losers Norvel, Campo, Davis and Wannstedt
were really horrible when they went solo.
