If my math is correct he now has 958 yards this season. Looks like he'll top 1000 which is nice considering the tough year he's had. It was good to see that guy from last year back in the #21 jersey. I'm glad the team showed some heart today and gave us another week of hope! :starspin

YEA, he should get it easy vs the sorry rams defense, they allowed a guy i never even heard of to get 100 yards today

Actually, that's sort of amazing when you stop to think about it.

That just goes to show how easy it is to run for 1,000 yards. JJ only has one 100 yard game and he even missed 3.5 games, but he's still going to most likely top 1,000. Good for him, but I don't think 1,000 yards should be much of a measuring stick anymore. Regardless, it was great to see him run wild today. He was clearly a different back than we have seen this year. Much more explosion, great cutting and running more freely instead of being so scared of fumbling.

The funny thing is that Julius was never as bad as a lot of people had made him out to be. In those awful games, he was getting 80+ yards. It's just that everyone wanted it to be 120+ yards.

well when u get 200 in one game.... 750 in 10 games aint that impressive.

We've got to see some durability out of brother Jones or brother Barber will be there to steal the show.

I like JJ and hope he succeeds, but am glad we have Barber there in case he doesn't.

Maybe he'll come out fired up again, this time he has a chance to show up S. Jackson

Injured and then injured again( high ankle sprain ), ****ttty OL, I think he has done well and with Barber and Thompson, we are set at RB.

It's not? If you average 75 yards per game for 15 games and get 200 in the other one, that's 1,325 yards, which usually gets you between fifth and 10th in the NFL. And don't forget that he missed the second half of one game and carried only eight times in another game when he didn't start.

BURN!

Nice to see ya again Adam.

That's impressive considering all that's gone on with his injury, the Oline and then splitting time with barber.

It's nice that he's closing in on 1000, but he hasn't been anywhere close to impressive this year until today. We were never able to lean on the running game. He never became the go to guy. I'll concede the OL has been weak, but we were weak last year too and he was better then.

Not sure why it was against Carolina where he exploded. As I understood it, they are really good vs the run.

Splitting carries and with our O-line?

Julius's 1000 yard season =
