Alright, lets do this

What do you see and at what times of the clip does it occur.

I didnt look at it yet, could be a Rickroll

Looked mostly like a highlight reel, not what I wanted. Lets post more and make this his profile page.

1:25 - I liked the versatility playing at DT, he wass able to watch the QB's eyes amongst the traffic and get in the passing lane

1:51 - Nice use of hands to punch and rip inside

2:26 - Thought he took himself out of this play. He rushed real wide and didnt fight back inside. QB took off thought so not much he can do

2:47 - Not good change of direction, looked upright and bit stiff. He could have been there

3:31 - Good quick, decisive inside stunt. Got push in the QB's face. Terrible recognition by the guard though

3:49 - Failed to set the edge, not a good play at all

4:09 - Dont know what Watt or Cannon was doing. The spin was weak but Cannon was lost on the play

Watt looked good not great. He's so quick so you'd like to see more actual results

Cannon looks good here too.

He is a good football player. In a trade down, he is a good option. But if it ain't Darius or Fairley, I'm not interested in any of these DL at 9.

I want 61 for TCU who was blocking. I think JJ Watt is a fine player but I did not see TCU using doubles on Watt

Wait, why did you post a video of Igor Olshansky?

Let me know the next time Igor draws a holding call in pass rush after he just left the offensive tackle laying with his back on the ground after utilizing a spin move. Oh, I get it ... because they're both white.

I don't know what people were watching ... I saw a constant disruptive force who was constantly in the backfield. Cannon didn't really impress me at all, but Dalton made some nice hurried throws with accuracy under pressure.

Yeah, I didn't see them double Watt either. He was active and I like that, but he wasn't dominating. I think you would be absolutely foolish to spend a top 10 pick on him or almost any 3-4 DE.

The reason I say Cannon looked good is because Watt was constantly applying pressure. I think he did a very good job considering how quick Watt is

I agree. If Dallas was running a 4-3 I would be more incline to go after a guy like Watts but in a 3-4 where the primary rusher is the OLB I'm not as excited about using a high pick on him

People really have antiquated, narrow minded and outdated viewpoints of what a 3-4 DE is.

Funny, most of the DE who are leading their teams with sacks are playing in the 4-3 while the sack leaders for teams running the 3-4 are OLB. I like Watts but not at 9.

Same is true with defensive tackles and defensive ends in the 4-3. Yet most teams will gladly take a dominating 4-3 penetrating defensive tackle with a Top 10 pick, because even if they don't get credited for the sack the most often flush the QB of the pocket for the DE to clean up.

I don't doubt the need for a strong front 3 I just would not use a 9 to address it. Sorry I think a 9 overall pick should be as you call a wow player and guy who comes in and makes a big impact.

Looks like he has a pretty good repertoire of pass rush moves, I like that he plays with his hands off the ground at times too.

You mean a CB that quarterbacks can easily avoid and throw around in 3 or 4 WR sets (not that Alabama and Saban were particularly afraid to throw at Peterson).

You mean freeing up a safety because the CB is able to shut down a WR. Again you have your own views that I don't share.

Man, Watt is CONSTANTLY in the backfield. He is ridiculously quick and great with his hands. And they played him all over the line, sometimes standing him up.

Looks like he'd fit right in here.

Put Watt on the same team as Ware, Ratliff and we're getting after the QB. The team needs to rely less on Ware to bring the pressure and needs a guy up front to get into the pocket and disrupt things.

After watching this tape, I really really like Watt
