Yep sitting at 5-7 with Sam Darnold and Cam as alleged QB’s he’s stuck with along with McCaffery hurt all yr it’s Joe Brady’s fault ?
He probably isn't the only issue. He had it very easy in his previous job. LSU was absolutely loaded with talent and experience when he was their OC. The Panthers are average in talent right now. I doubt they see an increase in production the rest of the season, but I didn't think Brady was some wonderkind, either.
I can agree to an extent but your not going to the playoffs five games left you throw him overboard ?
It’s like the Garret firing , the Giants managed 9 points against Miami . Glennon of Jones things look the same.
Maybe a case of Rhule just looking to keep his job. Blame the oc. Plus we don't know how daily discussions go. There could be differences in offensive philosophy between the two.

He wasn’t an OC in LSU, Steve Ensminger, a coach with multiple years of experience, was. Joe was the passing game coordinator and WR coach, and that for 1 year. He probably got the job based on affiliation to the Burrow-led team.
The guy replacing Brady was the OC and play-caller for Rhule at Baylor and is a Senior Offensive Assistant with the Panthers.
Well with Cam Newton & Sam Darnold at QB with your franchise running back out most of the season good luck thinking sacking Brady with 5 games left is the answer
Why not? When you fire an OC that is this bad, you aren’t expecting to go to the play-offs. You are getting rid of dead weight.
Joe Brady is 32 years old and has ZERO NFL coaching experience outside, his two years as OC of the Panthers.
