If qb go 1 2 3 4 it's possible that Pitts and the wr take up the next 4 places too, especially if Atlanta moves back in a trade with Carolina. What are the chances Sewell drop to 10

Do you think that lance is a better prospect than Jones?
It’s hard to know if Jones is a product of all the talent around him or not but I don’t trust that trey lance is a top tier investment

So you're another Cowboys fan that turns the tv off when we dont have the ball??

This team has to gamble ,or at least hope, that the O-Line stays fit. We need to draft Defense in the early rounds (may look at O-Line back-ups later on). Dak has to earn the contract and that includes coping with pressure.

We don't win without Defense....period.

Id trade the pick. If he's that good there's the chance of another Herschel Walker.

Our Defense is just that bad. We can sign Neal's and Kazee to one year contracts and continue to kick the can, we just have to front up and acknowledge that the D is just broken.

We tried the "we'll score one more than you" last year and look where that got us.

Yeah, I proposed that NE could trade up to our spot to get Jones. I’d love to move back 5 spots and get their #46 pick (might have to give up our 3rd compensatory, too)

Sure, they could use another one to get the trifecta, but adding an anchor LT >>> than adding another WR to an already solid group.

Now if they don't think Sewell is a true franchise LT, then we have another story.

I guess adding Riley Reiff opens the door a bit for this. Reiff is older and seems like a stop-gap though, as he was cut by his last team.

There hasn't been a Herschel Walker trade since, well, the Hershal Walker trade.

And if it's just draft picks involved, the value of trades has been extremely predictable for 20 years now. We can predict within 95% accuracy what they will be value-wise by just looking at the trade value chart. It only departs slightly from that if the 1st or 2nd overall picks are involved. Then it drops to about 90-100% vs 95-00%
