It makes no since for him to be able to do it in college yet struggle on kick offs in the pro's. Is there a reason behind that besides him trying to do to much or change something with his mechanics?

Well, college's Tees are 1/2 an inch to an inch higher than the Pros, but, more than likely, it's strategy designed by Read. I don't know for sure, but looking over the games, Read's plan usually was to pin down the returner to a corner, which it's supposed to make it easier to prevent the big play.

Only problem with that was that it didn't take full advantage of Folk's leg and turned, basically, a power HR hitter into a " finess " doubles guy.

yep, i think mort reported to soon, the cowboys are still looking at special teams coaches, so hold your horses

That's probably just because you can't make it official until 10 days after the season, though.

With Wade and Reeves being such good friends, this makes too much sense.

I love how Wade, after the final loss of the season, said he would consult his friends on what needs to be done to change, with these friends including Marty Schottenheimer, Dan Reeves, and I forget the other...

The coaching tree Wade draws from includes some of the most disciplined and renowned coaches.

I wonder who Wade would have chosen as an OC, if Garrett wasn't already chosen from..

This guy seems to be pretty damn good as well and seems to be affiliated with Wade's past as well..

You're not the only one who has wondered that since day one.

I would have bet on Cam Cameron.

Interesting. During his time in San Diego, Cameron oversaw an offense which was ranked 20th in points scored in 2002, 16th in '03, third in '04, fifth in '05 and first in '06. That would have been a good lateral move from San Diego to here and would've definitely saved him the headache of directing AND being fired by the Dolphins in '07.

Cameron has done a GREAT job with young Flacco, too. Very impressive how he's played as not just a rookie, but a small-school rookie.
