Beautiful highlight video of two of the greatest of all-time. Nice fitting music for the legend.

I can hear Howard Cosell saying, "Down goes Frazier!" For the last time.

Great fighter. RIP

What a sad event.

I am too young to have seen the fights when they happened but I've watched them on classics and him and Ali were absolutely amazing.

Smokin' Joe may you RIP.

A truly great fighter and from all the accounts i've ever read, or seen, a truly great person.

Easily the best quote I've seen on Frazier these last few days came from Joe Bugner (a decent heavyweight who fought both Frazier and Ali)... here's what Joe said:

Joe took everything away I thought I had and made me realise I needed more.

I remember watching him fight, there was nothing subtle about it... he was a short man for a heavyweight, in the 5-9, 5-10 range, so he was at a reach disadvantage in literally every fight he fought... so he developed a simple style-- he just kept coming forward at you... nothing more fancy than that, he just kept coming... you couldn't back him up...

And sooner or later, he was gonna see his chance to throw that monster left hook... as Ali found out, it was over when Joe landed that one... I swear, Frazier literally leaped when he threw that punch, and Ali's face was swollen before he hit the canvas; I can't believe any man could get up from that shot...

Out of the ring, he was remarkable mostly because he seemed to be a decent man...

I was a fan... his style just appealed to me, perhaps because I'm a short guy, too... I'm a sad Bear today...

I really, really, didn't want to hear this news. I have always been a big fan of Joe Frazier. As a youngster, he was my favorite fighter as well. It's probably better that it happened quickly. Just sorry to see it happen.

Condolences to his family.

RIP Joseph William Frazier.

I always liked him better than Ali anyway.

I've read quite a bit about Ali and IMO, it's not too hard to like a lot of boxers over Ali. And when you consider Ali's universal appeal, it will make you like Ali less and less.

But, this is about Joe Frazier. He represented boxing and what boxers should achieve to be like. RIP Joe, you will be sorely missed.
