I think its easy to say that he's doing this because Joe Judge seems to be a mess......but we've seen guys do this before....go to camp.....and then just don't feel like doing it anymore. They just lose the love for it. I'm sure being in Dallas...whether good or bad....it was a comfort he was use to.

There have been several hard-nosed coaches over the years who have said players will only put up with them as long as they are winning ... and even then, they only have a few years before their welcome wears out no matter what.

I know some fans want that old-school, disciplinary-style leadership for their teams, but there's a fine line between that and creating a hostile work environment that doesn't fly today.
