I must say I am still a little numb, and not because it was 30 degrees at the game.

That was an old fashioned whooping that I was so lucky to see in person. It was obvious that the Eagles wanted to get their tight end going. This was made fairly easy by the play of the best running back in 2011 - LeSean McCoy. Yes, there were gaping holes but the man has some moves. What is really scary is I think that Reid has finally committed to a balanced offense.

When Romo got sacked early on, it looked painful. I wonder if it affected him the rest of the night. It would have been nice to see Murray run more, but when you are down so much so early, what can you do?

The defense was exposed and in my opinion is overrated. Maybe Rob Ryan will eat some humble pie and keep his mouth shut.

The Eagles corners played great and their line caused havoc for Romo. People said he quit during the game. I don't know if I believe that, but there is someting different about his demeanor.

The Eagles had their way with us and it was sickening. Almost as sickening as the Eagles fan, six seats to my left who puked, fell down, got up, fell down again and was escorted out.

When it was 14-0, I knew it was over. It looked too easy for Vick and McCoy. I had to eat crow with a neighbor who basically called an Eagle rout. A rout it was and despite a favorable schedule, I do not believe this is a playoff team. The shame of it is, we are wasting the best year of Ware's career.

At least traffic was not as bad as some fans left early. Lucky me.

I thought this was a 10-6 team. I'm now saying 9-7 and no playoffs. Dream Team wins the division, yuck.

I disagree that the defense was exposed at all. We havn't used that stupid umbrella coverage very much all season. So maybe that defensive GAMEPLAN was exposed, but I don't think Reid gave anybody a blueprint to beat us. Nobody besides Green Bay has the speed/talent on offense that the Eagles have. So it'd be very hard for most teams to replicate that attack.

And 3 of the next four games are pretty easy for us. I fully think we can and will still win the division.

I was in the house as well. HAd so much food and drink that all I could do is sit there and take it with no emotion.

I consider this type of game equal to throwing a no hitter in baseball. We just happened to catch the Eagles on their best day in years. This type of win is rare in todays NFL. I dont think they are that good nor do I think Dallas is that bad. Just one of those days.

Mccoy is a STUD tho...he is so quick on his cuts its sick. Serious lateral movement and change of direction with little effort to get back to top gear.

The quick hit routes were killing us too.Vick getting rid of the ball before rush had a chance. Why dont we run similar plays when our QB is getting killed? Is the slant even in our playbook?

Sorry joe. You've been trumped by at least 100 posts.

Yes it is. Garrett has about one play our of our entire playbook with it. And we seem to never run it lol.

Romo to Glenn used to be money on 3rd and short.

We used to run it in 09 but Austin and Roy both bounced passes off their hands for INT's and now we never really use it anymore.

we also ran it against Detroit this year and it was returned for a TD. The anouncers claimed that the slant was what was called down at the goal line, when Dez stood there waving at the side judge and when the ball was snapped just stood there off in his on little world.

I think if they practiced the play it could become lethal. With Dez and Miles size and strength it should be a staple in our attack.(Slant)
