Phrozen Phil;3025561 said:Galloway had lots of talent, but he had his flaws. His patterns weren't great (he had a habit of rounding his cuts) and he never really synced with our QB's at the time. Whe he got deep, he would telegraph the pattern and the Safeties were usually ready for him. His biggest asset was his speed and he could use that to good effect, but the Boys needed a disciplined receiver that could stretch the field ala Tery Glenn. He was, by all accounts, a decent teammate, but he was never the kind of leader that Irvin was. I wuld agree that he's pretty much done, but he might fit into KC in the interim. He certainly would not fit in in Dallas.

Contrary to a report originating from WEEI in Boston that free-agent receiver Joey Galloway was en route to Kansas City for a workout, Steve Duemig of WDAE in Tampa reports that, as of 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Galloway hasn't heard a peep from the Chiefs.
Galloway became a free agent immediately upon his release from the Patriots.
The Baltimore Ravens reportedly were interested in trading for Galloway. If so, they presumably are interested in signing him as a free agent.
