Good point. But yeah, he and Steele shouldn't be on the team next year.....but, in the meantime, they should put him to slot and Downs to S imo.

I don’t think that’s exactly it, he had some flashes his first two years before his big year. Not sure if it was the injuries or scheme but between him, Diggs, Claiborne, not sure why we our cbs flash and then drop off so badly

Yeah this isn't how you measure impact. You're just giving me individual stats. Here's the real impact - 30 points allowed to a bad offense.

He doesn't matter. I already know he's a very good player but he won't fix what ails this defense.

My counter point to this is we probably lose the game if it wasn't for porter not holding down what he needed to... I agree, he doesn't fix what ails us most, but he is certainly an upgrade to what we've seen in his limited action. At least Von Miller rolled out of bed and put his hands up and batted down a ball.

Man he looked soft today. But Stewart got targeted everywhere he went. And who the hell is Speed? They need to ramp up Porter J over the next few weeks because it's just not good. Three short fields bequeathed to the Texans wasn't good either. Special teams is horrible...and with the current defense it's beginning to chap my rear that Schottenheimer is not taking this into account when trying these 60+ yard field goals. One blocked, the other missed and two short fields that led to points for the Texans iirc. And Dee Winters? Not feeling that guy either.

If you watch him he’s not any different than he was. Doesn’t look hurt. He’s just not the corner to pay 20 million for who doesn’t have a pass rush. Did we ever see him without Micah?

Bland is trying to do too much.

They had Reddy Stewart as the Nickel CB and Ameer Speed played significant snaps.

Downs had to play Safety due to all the injuries ar that position.

Some of us said that JPJr's presence would put more pressure on Bland

and we were right. They picked on Bland early.

Once the had Porter shadowing Collins, it helped.

Porter did have that instant impact. Was good to see
