Cardinals signed OLB Joey Porter to a three-year contract.

With Porter opposite Clark Haggans, the Cardinals now look like the Steelers West, 2005 version, at outside linebacker. Porter's nine sacks last year seem good enough on paper, but he only had 11 QB hurries all season and turns 33 next week. He offers some leadership, but the Cards shouldn't let Porter get in the way of promising young pass rushers Will Davis and Cody Brown.

Actually with the exception of a select few, CZ tends to hate progress stoppers such as Porter. Give Victor Butler as many snaps has Porter had last year and he would have ended up with 11 sacks.
