as a KR & PR & WR

in the late rounds

Positives:
•Incredibly quick in addition to possessing top-end speed. Capable of changing directions well.
•Creative playmaker with the football. Has the vision to find space where there is no space originally.
•Reliable pass catcher who hauled in passes on the sidelines, over his shoulders, and on all sorts of other routes.
•Able to break tackles in addition to avoiding tacklers with moves and quickness.
•Versatile athlete who was used as a runner, receiver, and return man.
•Willing and capable blocker despite lacking in size.
•Impressed at Scouting Combine, showing good speed, change-of-direction, and technique as a catcher.

he’ll have a Tavon Austin-like impact on a team as a slot receiver who can break away on any pass, and a dangerous weapon in the return game

The potential means Brown is worth a 6th or 7th round selection, but likely no higher due to serious size and level of competition concerns

Who could complain about a Return guy like Tavon Austin being targeted in the 6th or 7th round. Nice Draft to do just that via RB or WR.

I think their are several teams interested in him so I think it's possible he goes a little higher than many think.

Brought him up in a thread a week or so ago.

Good guy in the later rounds to take a look at IMO.

Even if you can stash him on the practice squad to call up in case Harris gets hurt and you just need a guy for the return game.

no one knew much about him until he had a great combine, makes me want to draft him as well (late)...if he is still there in the 7th, use a pick on him!

One thing that should be mentioned. It's not just his size and where he played that will have him drop. He does not have the best hands in the WR corp in this draft.

One other thing to thing about. You already got two smaller WR types in Beasley and Harris that might not be as fast but they are not slow and yet neither of them get much playing time unless someone is hurt.

So chances are if you draft brown it is because he is a late round guy and you got plenty of late round picks, and you want him to be in the return game.

Somebody will overdraft him just because of the 40 time. Wouldn't be surprised if he went in the 5th.

He was mentioned by one of the local Cowboys insiders as being someone the Cowboys were interesting in but only if available in the 7th.

Love his name; I can also see him going in the 5th round based on his intangibles.
