Fits the York's m.o. to be cheap. In general, Lynch has no background to be a GM, so the York's can get him for cheap.

In all honesty, I really don't think it matters. As long as your GM isn't signing FA's to huge contracts and is not throwing away draft picks it's not going to hurt the team and as long as he does not hire a good head coach he's not going to help the team. It's the most overrated position in the NFL, bar none.
