Oh and brad and babe talked about it again tonight, the eagles fans are not loud nor are they intimidating at the link, that ended when they left the vet...

and one funny note, Merrill reese the play by play announcer for the Philly Eagles held up a sign in the third qtr between the glass of his boothe and the cowboys radio team (sham and laufenberg) that said

"It must be fun to be you"

sham held back a sign that said we are 1-7 here the last 8 years!!

John likes gutsy QBs and Tony has played some gutsy games for us. Listening to John and Al tonight made me remember 1993-1996. Or the Boys of the 70s. Now if we can do well enough through rest of the year we may get a second wack at the Patriots. Up until the last 8 minutes I thought the Colts would pull it off.

Sheesh, did I say "we may get a second wack at the Patriots." Bad JuJu, I should have said the Boys need to take every game seriously and the next game is the Gints. LOL

I came in here to post this. MNF is now dead to me, but SNF is where it's at. I really enjoy this telecast.

Madden is still the best. The MNF crew is awful, I can not stand them. They should replace Trico back to Patrick or Dan Nesslier. Get rid of Jaws and his how many times is he going to say he watches the coaches film as if hes rubbing it in all of our faces as if anybody cares, and replace him with Bill Parcells. Parcells is very intelligent and can make anybody laugh with his way of humor. Last, Kornheiser , please get rid of him. He sounds like a superfan in the booth with his own agenda. I would replace him with Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, as either a Tony Siragusa type or the 3rd man in the booth. Hes an ex Miami football player so he knows the game but his personality would go over with the crowd in my opinion.

"Jaws" comes off a bit dry but he's one of the most insightful NFL analysts that I've ever listened to.

I really don't think it's the fault of the broadcasters... it's the producers (or decision makers) that insist that they don't talk about the game but instead turn the broadcast into an Oprah episode.

I think if a producer tried to make Al Michaels interview Russell Crowe or Mrs. Favre during a game, Michaels would rip off his head and poo down his neck.
