John Phillips, backup LS/emergency QB

This has probably already been discussed somewhere on here, but I didn't see it.

I wasn't surprised to see that Phillips is the backup long snapper. I believe that's something he's been working on since he's been in Dallas.

I was a bit surprised, though, to see he's the emergency third quarterback.

We have back up QBs everywhere on this team. I know dwayne harris is another possible back up qb. I played against Mana Silva in high school and he has quite an arm also and was a QB heading into Oregon State before transferring to Hawaii and DB.
