At some point, we have to put some real $ into the position. Our DT play has been so poor over the years, we talk about Hankins like he's Vince Wilfork. The team needs to do all it can to upgrade the middle of the defense, DT included.

DQ needs to know but JJ wont force it, the defense needs to change and adapt. also wont hurt to try to find some teams to take him.

Same with the offense, and take away McCarthys offensive privileges, either the OC can or cant do it. no more Mc interference
