With some of the rule changes coming in the NFL and flag football being an official Olympic Sport, it begs a very important question. Which would be better for the NFL in 2029 (since the Olympics are in 2028)? Flag Football vs Sarcastaball?
For those that don't watch South Park, Sarcastaball is a joke sport that South Park came up with to mock some of the rule changes in 2012 (along with a joke about the replacement refs at the time, if anyone remembers that). So, for this thread, I'm going to (for an obvious joke) discuss which would be better.
Flag Football is great because you get to pull the flag from a player instead of knocking them to the gwound and hurting the opponent. You also avoid the need for a kickoff. However, the ball is very hard, and someone might break their nose if they miss the ball. Plus, there might be too much trash talk. Plus, the score would resemble basketball because the scoring would be high. Look at the Pro Bowl.
Sarcastaball is so great. It's an even better prospect than Flag Football. You see? You use a balloon instead of a ball. But why stop there? You can also wear more entertaining uniforms and confuse the refs even more. Oh, and the trash talk is eliminated by the rules of the game. So, it's perfectly safe to be broadcasted on air. All you have to do is run around a bit and compliment everyone. Plus, you get exciting scores of 3-0 at the end of the game. That's a game I want to watch 5 times. Check that, 6 times.
