The long-standing quest to bring an NFL team to Toronto has a new and unexpected ally in the form of New Jersey-born rocker Jon Bon Jovi, who is part of a small group planning to bid for the Buffalo Bills and move them north when the team’s aging owner dies, the National Post has confirmed.

That explains why he was here meeting with the jones family a few weeks ago at our Game against the skins.......Jerry even mentioned that Jon was interested in becoming an owner.

I miss the old days when he was just a young musician. Good times.

He doesn't have near the money to buy a team outright. Buffalo is valued at 800 million + & his wealth is $300 million. That does not compute.

So the group is the only way he could. And why move the team?

I think the groups that want to move Buffalo to Toronto really don't understand what a team like that means to a community. Moving Buffalo would be akin to moving Green Bay, imo.
