Firstly, the above short is his 40 time. Here are his measurables:

So, I'm going to use this thread to make a deeper dive into him, and explain clearly why I think that he's the perfect replacement for Zach Martin and should be our 2nd round pick.

Firstly, as you can see in the short, hes quick for someone who is 324 lbs. I know we aren't needing a guard (technically, he's a tackle, but he's built to be a guard and he's said he'd prefer to be a guard, perfect for us) who can run fast, but his speed does add an extra element if we need to have him pull for our running backs. Secondly, if you watch this video:

You will see that he's a very fluid and powerful blocker. Look at 0:13 on the video. Look how he gets to the second level to spring the back. Look at the pancake at 0:24. That's a clean textbook pancake. Look how he pulls at 0:34. He seems like a smart player with great athleticism and a great ability to pancake. Oh, and he got another pancake at 1:08. That's three pancake blocks in less than 1:15 on the video. I think both trenches need help, and I think, to replace Martin, Savaiinea should be the pick at 44.

Big time fan of this guy.

I think he could play tackle or be a dominant OG.

Yes, and he's stated he wants to be a guard. Given that Martin retired, that fits perfectly for us. I love the way he blocks. I'm actually curious how he's not a first round option. I could argue in a trade down, maybe he's not a bad option at say pick 25?
