Bruce Arians has said he's been a disappointment and he may be replaced as the starter.

A lot of hearts here were broken on draft day last year 2013 when Cooper was taken. And those hearts were further crushed when Jerry Jones passed on DT Sharif and traded down and took Fredbeard. The snarky masses cried, and I mean balled their eyes out, for months. "Reach," they cried over and over ad nauseum along with "Need a real GM!"

And here we stand happy campers with not only Fredbeard but WR Williams to boot. Hey, so far, even WR Williams has been better than Cooper and Sharif combined.
