Well, look on the bright side, one more win and a loss by either the Giants or Commanders (or another tie) or a loss by the Seahawks, and we're in the playoffs and can rest key guys in time for the playoffs.

Difference is that Eagles quickly signed quality street FA like Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh when Jordan Davis went down.

They Eagles have had injuries but the only key player out for an extended period has been Goedert. Jordan Davis is back already. I am pretty sure Goedert will be back next week after missing 4 weeks. But teams like Dallas and the Giants - even the 49ers, have lost a few players for the season. The Eagles are a relatively healthy team.

Think of all the injuries we have had this season from Dak being out for several weeks to Haskins out now.

Is there any recent season in which the Cowboys had this many injuries and could still keep winning?

This is proof of how different this season is. The team has been built the right way

It's pretty amazing, usually you lose your starting QB for that long and the season is practically over. Good to see this team fight throw adversity. That includes injuries and penalties.

I think these injuries are going to add up at some point. We'll have to see about Armstrong but if he is out the Cowboys will be missing 4 starters on defense. The DT rotation will be Bohanna, Odighizuwa, Watkins and Gallimore now, with Golston coming in on passing downs. Gallimore has been a huge disappointment. He has to step it up now.

All thanks to the ignorance of Dan Quinn for giving the green light early this season to cut John Ridgeway, hoping he would fall through the waiver cracks and be added to our practice squad. What a super dumb and costly move. The Commanders picked Ridgeway up right away.

Cowboys would be smart to reach out to Star Lotulelei and see what kind of shape he is in and if he would like to come play for us.
