Jones/Barber 1-2 Punch

I think that most people underestimate the one two punch that Jones and Barber bring to the team. They have two completely different styles. I think that they both need each other to be successful. Jones is all about speed, and Barber is that power runner. It gives Defenses a whole lot to prepare for. If you take one or the other out of the lineup then I think that our run game will suffer, especially with our O-line. Now if you were to cut Jones and then draft someone like D-Mac or Slaton then we could keep this one two punch going. I just dont want the Cowboys to become one dimensional and have to rely on Romo's arm every game. Any thoughts ?

You mention Jones' speed. He is fast in the open field, but MBIII also has a burst. When he has a chance to bounce it outside, he turns up another gear. It's fun to watch. Regardless of whether or not Jones will be here next season, if he gets going like earlier in his career, coupled with all of our other weapons, this offense will be unstoppable.

1-2 punch? Nah. More like a jab (JuJo) and a Chuck Norris'ish roundhouse kick to the chin (Barber).

As unstoppable as the Aikman/Smith/Irvin/Harper Offense was ?? Or even better ?
