“Yes, yes,” Jones said, saying Prescott is healthy. “The thing that you're seeing is sometimes the pass that looks errant is because the receiver, for instance, ran the route two yards, cut it off two yards shorter. He should be out two more yards before he makes his cut.

“It can make all the difference in the world with regards to his ability to separate. It has a relativeness to the other receivers. And so if you're not really crisp on the way the play was designed relative to how many yards you go the cut, the passing game can look really off. And that's one of the answers. Better routes.”

Well, yes and no. It’s rather a combination of factors.

Drops are a big one. Maybe sometimes running the wrong routes. However, the biggest issues are

-The O-line not giving Dak or even Zeke and Pollard enough room and time
-Dak being inaccurate when given enough time and not planting his feet
-WR drops
-Zeke is not healthy
-Penalties at game changing moments

Those are the big issues. Teams usually adjust and
Fix these issues in practice, but Dallas has not.

I'm sure the guys in the locker room are going to just love hearing this.

Imagining being Cooper or Lamb and hearing your owner say that if the QB throws a INT it's probably because you ran the wrong route.

Jerry is a fool for this. This is the type of stuff that tears locker rooms apart. We've seen how Dak looks without these elite weapons that Jerry is throwing under the bus. It's not pretty.

Jerry got the blinds on. Sure the receiving Corp is going to like this comment.

Is it the recivers fault when the ball is constantly thrown behind them? They must be running to fast! Or thrown 5 feet to high or in the dirt....

Multiple problems everywhere lets not throw the recievers under the bus Jerry. Yes they can improve the drops though

Sounds accurate to me as its been backups for a few weeks are receiver.

I think you're overthinking this a bit haha

Lol wut? With some of these recent misses, the receiver would have had to have been many yards either further or shorter to be hit in the chest.

And also . . . . what is more likely? That the receivers forgot how to run routes after being near perfect for the first few weeks or a general deterioration in line and QB play has caused more variation in throw accuracy?

If only the locker room didn’t LOVE Dak Prescott, huh?

If only Dak wasn’t the unquestioned leader of the team... if only the WRs wouldn’t gladly take some of the blame for the offense’s struggles, since, you know, football’s a team sport.

Then maybe what you’re saying would have 1 iota of truth to it!

*Sigh* If only......

I can assure you that moron is only repeating what he's hearing in the coaches meetings he shouldn't be attending.
