They gave 43 snaps to two guys that if they were horse, would have been shot two years ago.

I dont even think Linval Joseph's or Jordan Phillips moms would wear their jerseys now

Carlos Watkins signed off the Commanders practice squad.

Carlos Watkins plays more as a DE. Doesn't have the size (6'3", 300 lbs) to play inside and plug up holes. He probably will be lined up outside as a DE to help out D-Law and rookie Kneeland. Cowboys still need help inside. Go get Justin Rogers! What are the Cowboys waiting for?

The DT problem is no surprise. It was an obvious weakness and should have been handled in March, and now they are scrambling.

This front office has no clue as to how to build a winning roster.

I could be wrong but I believe Joseph will get better. No training camp, pretty much right off the couch into game action. But they definitely have to limit his snaps to 15 to 20 max.

Phillips on the other hand is completely washed.

You kinda need your wrist to engage with linemen like ripping, swimming and getting into their chest

If you can’t fully use your wrist you can’t use your hands which means you’re getting pushed off the ball

He’s not really injured. It’s a move to open a roster spot. I.e. Carlos Watkins being signed.
