The Bucs are apparently open to shopping him for a draft pick. I'd say he gets moved pretty quick to a bad team like for a 4th or 5th round draft pick. Perhaps the Browns or Cardinals take a chance.

I don't think the browns are interested. I'm curious why Jacksonville has contacted them or even Tim. If they want to put butts in the stands bring in #15 and let him play
