Yup, always thought that.

My cousin was trash talking (he's a Spurs fan) about how Josh Howard is a total unknown and he couldn't do any damage.

The next day, in the fourth reg. season game between the Mavs and Spurs...

In that game, he got 22 pts. Not too shabby for an unknown, I would say...

they've seen tougher situations than this.


the spurs were clearly weary last night. 3 days of rest should definitely re-energize them.

they've closed out dallas on the road before, so i really doubt being on the road will all of a sudden be a huge hindrance.

Yeah, and the thing I like about them (especially Josh) is that they are consistently good. They aren't on and off. (This isn't any bashing of Dirk, because he's a great player).

The thing is, when Dirk swallows the double- and triple-teams, it's good to know that Josh Howard and Devin Harris can pick up the slack and win the game for us. Stackhouse also.

We never had that before (post-Nash), and its great to know we have a team that can finally work as a team, not just one superstar leading a bunch of losers, because, if we had that, we would be Cleveland..ugh..
