The Raiders haven't been well run in a while. Since making the Superbowl at the end of the 2002 season, they have a 119-211 record. They have a 80-118 record since Al Davis passed away during the 2011 season.

They really showed some promise of turning it around early in Carr's career, but they have been mediocre to bad since he hurt his knee. Unfortunately for them they arent bad enough to get Williams or Drake
