Let's get into a little word association with receivers. Dez Bryant?

That's a guy. Just a guy. Dez was Dez in 2012, '13, '14. Maybe '14. Now? He's a guy.

There's no specific aspect to his game that pops? He's bland?

He doesn't "wow" you. For me, he don't. For other guys, he probably will do the worst to them because he'll bully them. But you can't bully a bully. You know what I'm saying? That's why his game doesn't resonate to me.

So he comes across as a "fake tough guy?"

That's what I mean. That's his game: to bully. But how can you bully a bully?

You're the real bully out there.

If anything, it's the other way around. I don't bully people. I have conversations with people.

So what was your conversation with Dez Bryant then?

He's trying to be a tough guy and that's not him. That's not how you play ball. The media really created this "talk trash" with me. I don't really talk to these guys. They're talking to themselves. I just play them. And then they get a little snippet of me having a conversation with them and blast it on ESPN. So now when I go up against people, the coaches tell them: "Don't talk to Josh! He'll get in your head!" My coaches think I have this magic wand and just automatically make these people do something crazy.

Is this guy for real, being quoted talking trash and then blames the media? Let's hope Dez takes the high road, doesn't respond in kind but quietly uses this as motivation, especially the next time he meets Norman.

I honestly don't remember Norman in either Commander game...

He's saying what a lot of us fans have said (just way more extreme) Dez has been on the decline for a few years. His play style is leading to injuries. His career is by no means over and he could definitely have some more very productive seasons in him.... I just believe drafting his replacement sooner rather then later would be prudent.

I don't care for Norman and his antics, but he's not saying anything false here. To say Dez Bryant is not living up to his mega deal contract extension would be a mild understatement.

His play has come nowhere close to his pay and bravado, and he'll continue to be called out on it if he doesn't turn things around

Norman is very good. I would probably say top 10 good. Although, I would have never given him that contract. I think Carolina got his best years and I doubt he sees that level of play again.

No problem what he says though. Both guys are divas and look at me guys. Nothing wrong with that. It should be fun watching them matchup next year
