What's funny is that they made it an emphasis because of Norman, yet he's still doing it and not getting flagged while other guys are getting 'unsportsmanlike conduct' penalties for laughing at another player.

It's going to depend on what he said or did and, frankly, if the officials felt he was "using baiting or taunting acts or words that engender ill will between teams."

Without hearing what Norman said, it certainly appeared he did that multiple times, but apparently it wasn't enough to this set of officials. Frankly, I'm not a big fan of the taunting penalty unless it's pretty aggressive. I do believe he should have been flagged for the way he treated Dez's leg after Bryant's reception, though.

Anyone else notice Norman standing over Zeke after a tackle pointing and jawing right in his face as he lay on the turf? Around the 7:45 mark in the fourth. Should have been 15 for sure. Man I hate that dude.

I screamed the same thing at my TV screen. Should have been a 15-yarder for taunting.

Honestly, these refs were a freaking joke. That taunting happened directly in front of an official and immediately after the refs had given the Skins a warning.

Norman straddles Zeke and then points his finger in his face. The ref was right there but was focused on the spot.

Norman seemed to think he had accomplished something by tackling Zeke after he gained 8 yards on 1st-and-10.

Yes and I wondered why he wasn't penalized, seen plenty of penalties called for that very thing throughout the years, doesn't matter in the end, we ended their division title aspirations...

He did, and it was a touchback however the Eagles kept possession due to the referee considering the play dead because everyone thought he scored. Another ridiculous screw job in front of the whole world.
