Jourdan Lewis is done with a decade of frustration.

cowboys fans: Jerry is the single biggest reason for the downfall. Couldn't build a team if you gave him the first 20 picks in the draft.

Same fans: how dare a player indicate they are frustrated with their experience here.

No one is angry.
It is funny how our own so called fans love when former players do this. It means nothing but what it is. Sour grapes they are not still here. Stealing Jerry money.

As they know if they got a big contract they would not have to put in a. Effort as they know they will be injured and sit out when they could play.

Lewis and Tank were both good players. It’s not sour grapes. It’s the truth. They were sick of being in a dysfunctional organization:

Only because they ain’t get paid. But you can’t really disagree with what they said.
There is a definite theme coming from all or most of the players that this place isn't run like a typical NFL organization.

Many players in the NFL leave teams for more money elsewhere but there isn't that steady stream of criticism directed to any team as much as this one.

The reality is that they aren't telling us anything we don't already know.....they're just verifying it over and over and over again.

Yeah. Last night I was negative on DLaw, but maybe things are worse behind the scenes than we thought. I still don't like guys taking parting shots--but maybe their frustration through the years was that bad.
It’s good that the Jones have to hear this. It’s long overdue. Maybe it will finally force their hands to allow real football minds to bring Dallas back.

He probably means years of being frustrated with the head office offering him peanuts when he knows he is worth more. So he took the more this time. I ain't mad at him.
I agree we have no way of knowing what Jerry offered him or Dlaw

Damn, makes you wonder what Zack Martin and Tyron Smith think about the organization.
They may be grateful for the millions they made, or maybe they just have more class than to act like a spoiled idiot. He's not only talking bad about the organization, he's talking crap about himself and teammates....they were the ones on the field. To hell with that type of player.

I can't blame him for taking a payday. He worked hard and earned it.

What he said doesn't sound like a shot at Dallas/teammates. Sounded more like he just felt he deserved more. Can't argue with that. It's a business.

That’s the concerning thing.
Peyton Hendershot talked about the difference in culture in KC vs Dallas.

I took it as him saying it's the difference between being a football player (KC) and being a brand ambassador (Dallas).

I wonder if guys are willing to go ANYWHERE else just go get away from Dallas. Because that would suck

I suppose there’s a best NFL franchise to play for and a worst one to play for. Every other team is somewhere in between. Unless you’ve played for all 32 of them you can discuss your experiences, but I’d be reluctant to make disparaging remarks, DLaw, as they don’t help your career. These careers can end in a moment.

I’ll admit, comments by so many players that have moved on would indicate Dallas isn’t the best place to be an NFL player unless you’re such a big NFL star you’re above whatever is going on in “Jerry’s World”.
