I'd prefer a DC that knows how to best use Wilson's skills, Zimmer didn't do. Often having Wilson in deep coverage, instead of rover as blitzer, underneath coverage & around
the line,

Zimmer also seem to give very little time and development to Juanyeh Thomas.
