Tony and all involved should have just went through with the event, and then if the nfl suspends him or others, contest it like brady did.
Romo is one of the most well known nfl qb so they are not going to do anything like suspend for long period.

Evidentially this really pissed tony off to file a suit.

NO has preseason practices at a facility with a casino.

Courts have ruled Bible study groups CAN use public schools for meetings without violating the Constitution as long as they are treated like every group that uses the space. The meeting space is just an empty building, not a public school in that case.

A lot of casinos have convention centers that are attached by name but are not in the same building.
